I offer specialized experience working with children, parents, families, and individuals to help improve their functioning by enhancing emotional vocabulary, recognizing and expressing emotions appropriately, and building a foundation of respect. Clients are offered empathetic support, free of shame or blame, to explore and organize their experiences and gain awareness and insight. Through my rigorous education at SMU and extensive, specialized training as a Registered Play Therapist, I was able to hone decades of experience into expertise. I offer clients the opportunity to explore their thoughts, feelings, and reactions. Through a combination of therapeutic approaches personalized to your specific needs we will work together toward your goals. My clients don't just learn to communicate- they find their voice.
